1. User Obligations
By accessing the Worcore platform, you represent that you are of legal age and possess the professional capacity to enter into binding agreements. Users must maintain high-fidelity profile information and ensure all submitted portfolio pieces are authentic representations of their work.
- Maintain confidential credentials and notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
- Provide accurate, professional-grade documentation for verification.
2. Service Fees
Worcore operates on a precision commission model. Service fees are calculated based on the total contract value and are clearly displayed before project finalization. We utilize secure Escrow protocols to ensure financial integrity for both Pros and Clients.
Fee Transparency
Standard platform fee is 15% of the total transaction. Premium members may qualify for reduced rates of 10% after reaching significant milestones.
3. Cancellation Policy
Respecting professional time is a core value of the Worcore. Cancellations must be submitted through the official dashboard. Refunds are processed based on the project phase completed at the time of the request.
4. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Worcore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from professional disputes between marketplace participants. Our platform serves as a precision matching engine, not a direct employer.
5. Dispute Resolution
We believe in architectural clarity. Should a conflict arise, users agree to first attempt resolution through our internal "Worcore Concierge" mediation service. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled via binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.
6. Account Termination
Worcore reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to meet our professional quality standards or violate our Acceptable Use policy. Upon termination, access to platform tools is immediately revoked, though historical transaction records remain accessible for tax compliance purposes.
